The One Cause Behind Every Problem (And Why I Can’t Stop Talking About It)

Question: You are doing energy clearing, but why are you always talking about emotions and calling your energy clearing work “EmoHealing”?

My answer:

Over the past few decades, I’ve performed more than 200 deep energy clearings for myself, my family, and my clients. It’s not a number I share lightly. It’s a number rooted in decades of soul-searching, learning, healing, solving problems and challenges, and discovering the profound connections between emotional energies and life’s deepest struggles.

When I talk about emotions and self-development, I’m not talking about some abstract, feel-good concept; I’m talking about real, lived experiences, about the very core of what drives our health, our happiness, and even our pain.

And I have come to one clear conclusion: all problems in the world, every single one, stem from unresolved emotions. And these emotions are energies.

Think about it: whether you are talking about physical health issues, financial struggles, career dissatisfaction, broken relationships, or even larger world problems, they all boil down to the emotions beneath them. And these emotional energies are birthed from our thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes toward life.

When clients come to me, they’re often looking for alternative healing treatments. And while they may expect me to address the physical symptoms, be it an illness, fatigue, or chronic pain, what we actually do is clear the root cause, which often resides in their emotional energy. It’s through clearing that we can reverse the early stages of disease formation.

But I don’t want to just help people when they come to me with symptoms. My mission now is to educate as many people as possible about how important it is to release, and even more importantly, to prevent stagnant energy every single day, even when they are not in crisis.

Clearing is not enough. Prevention is crucial.

How can you play your part in the prevention of the creation of traumas?

People often forget or don’t realize that the root causes of all ailments and life issues, — whether it’s today’s minor frustration or a future disease — are found in our thoughts and emotions, every single moment, every single day.

Thoughts and feelings are often brushed aside, thought to be insignificant when the truth is, they have an immediate impact on the physical body. Every thought and every emotion affects your health right now, in real-time! (I shared a little about the science behind how emotions affect the physical body here.)

Preventing energy blockages before they form is vital to long-term health, and it starts with the habit of cultivating positive thinking.

The Immediate Impact of Thoughts on the Body:

So this is what I’ve been talking about on my Telegram channel recently, if you’ve noticed. Your thoughts have an immediate effect on your body.

Have you ever heard the saying, “If you don’t have something good to say, say nothing at all”? It’s an ancient proverb, and it rings truer than most people realize. It’s not just about being polite or not hurting others’ feelings. It’s about protecting yourself.

What we think, what we say, and what we dwell on doesn’t just affect others; it affects our own bodies in ways most people don’t see until it’s too late.

When you entertain negative thoughts, when you focus on fear or doubt, you are literally disrupting the energy flow in your body. It might not be visible at first, but over time, this disruption causes physical disturbances: headaches, insomnia, digestive issues, and even chronic diseases. I’m not making this up, I have seen these energies as I practiced scanning energies and clearing them.

I have seen how emotional energies and stressful thoughts affect the physical body, and I have seen how the physical body heals as the emotional energies are felt and released.

On the other hand, positive thinking keeps energy flowing freely. Even thinking about neutral or nothing at all is better than dwelling on negativity.

The ideal is to fill your mind with positive, growth-oriented thoughts, because learning and growth fuel energy.

Pin this in your heart, gut, and brain: Learning something new increases energy levels

If there’s one thing I want you to take away from this letter, it’s the power of learning. Whenever you learn something new, whether it’s a new skill, a new idea, or even just a new perspective, you raise your energy levels. You feel more alive, more motivated, and more excited to share with others.

This is no coincidence. It is a direct link between happy, growth-oriented emotions and physical health. New learning creates new cells in the body: healthier cells that contribute to longevity, vitality, and resilience.

But some people might roll their eyes at this and say, “Positive thinking is lame. Motivational quotes are for people who need a crutch. It’s just common sense.”

To them, I say this:

Common sense needs daily reinforcement. Yes, the statement sounds weird. But have you seen how emotional reactions make a person look like they have lost their mind? It’s not about stating the obvious but about training your mind to shift when life throws you challenges. It’s like taking your daily vitamins, but for your mental and emotional health.

There is so much negativity in the world. Too much, if you ask me. Every day, our minds are bombarded with bad news, fear-mongering headlines, divisive politics, tragic events, and constant reminders of the world’s chaos.

Even in our own homes and workplaces, we are surrounded by negative energy, whether it’s from family members, colleagues, or just the environment around us.

Is it any wonder that so many people are getting sick?

Hospitals are overflowing with patients, and here in Singapore, healthcare facilities are more luxurious than ever because people are pouring their money into fixing problems that begin with unresolved emotional energies.

But negativity doesn’t just come from the news. It comes from social media too. Social platforms are full of influencers showing off their looks, their homes, their achievements, their wealth.

And while that might seem harmless, it can trigger deep emotional responses in those who feel left behind, who begin to compare their lives, and who feel unworthy, jealous, and disheartened. This constant comparison feeds into the cycle of negative emotions and, over time, affects physical health in very real ways.

What can we, you and I, do about this?

→ Spread Positivity

I want to encourage you who are reading this to start sharing more positive messages, whether it’s online or in your daily conversations.

For a long time, I stayed within my own circle, keeping my thoughts and lessons to myself, spending time with my family and loved ones. I figured the world had enough people spreading good, and I could just focus on my own little bubble.

But as time went on, I saw the same patterns repeating themselves: people getting sicker, children suffering from their parents’ emotional baggage, communities weighed down by negativity.

It became clear to me that there weren’t enough people sharing messages of hope. Even my teen realized and shared with me how he had noticed that the social media algorithm seemed to have a way to decrease the visibility of positive accounts sharing motivational quotes or healthy lifestyles.

And so, I decided to step up.

I have just started opening my social media accounts again and committed to spreading positivity wherever I could, particularly reminding and teaching people how to regulate their thoughts and emotions. They might have no idea how crucial daily thoughts and emotions are and how they affect every cell in their bodies.

Now, I’m asking you to join me on this journey. Use your social media as a tool to lift your consciousness and emotional energy. Unfollow the negativity — whether it’s news channels, fear-mongering influencers, or even people in your own life who drain your energy rather than uplift it.

Surround yourself with voices that encourage your growth, even though you already know how to do it and you’ll see your energy levels rise.

→ Choose Your Circle Wisely

I can’t stress this enough. The people you surround yourself with shape your energy and your life. If the same people have been around for years and they’re not contributing to your growth, they might be holding you back.

Stagnation is the enemy of progress, and it’s the enemy of health too.

Stagnant energy leads to diminished creativity, decreased intelligence, and ultimately, poor health.

To thrive, you must constantly renew your connections, seek out those who inspire you, and let go of those who bring you down.

How about family members? What if those people are your own parents?

I have answers to that. Not from books I read or my own judgmental opinions but from my own life. I have lived through that, and I have seen too many families and too many failed and successful resolutions. I have seen how it wrecked one’s mind and body, and I have seen how people hang onto relationships without realizing how they have grown negatively and how they have affected their children.

I will share more on this in the next post.

And I will be sending letters like this one every week to share more with you about emotional well-being and how to create a healthier, more balanced life. It’s my way of spreading more positivity and encouraging the prevention of illnesses and life issues by regulating the mental and emotional bodies, as well as promoting the importance of emotional clearing on a larger scale.
